Software Under Development
Perl Web Tickets
The perl Tickets system was designed to be a Support Ticket Database for a technology firm that services computers. Although, the implementation can be used elsewhere in any support request sense. It is currently setup to be used merely by the support or maintenance team to manage their own support requests, tickets, and work orders. It is not yet implemented where users can manage their own support requests, nor create their own.
As for future plans for this program, it is planned... though in no specific timeframe, for this program to contain those futures. We want users to have the ability to create, manage, and update their own support tickets. We also want to be able to support the ability for logins from a database of registered users. These users would either have two flags, one being the support staff and the other being the end-user. This Ticket database can virtually be used in any atmosphere where maintenance crews or IT professionals need to manage a vast majority of support requests. For questions... as always email me or contact me via the contact page.
Perl Events
This perl Events system was originally designed to be able to manager upcoming events of a few websites I manage. The login and database aspect of the system works well, however, the event management is not in the best condition currently. There still needs to be more development, but it hasn't been decided whether or not development will continue now that an Event manager that is in much better shape programmed in the PHP language is available from us.
